Vista l'impossibilità di reperire i replay di gara, in particolar modo delle prime fasi, vista la situazione reclami con ben sei di essi tutti facenti parte di porzioni di replay non visualizzabili, vista anche l'impossibilità di esprimere un giudizio corretto dell'accaduto delle prime fasi visionando la diretta delle due gare, La Direzione Gara comunica che:
Si ritiene responsabile per l'accaduto, non salvando i replay di gara, e per questo motivo ma soprattutto per quelli menzionati sopra, per questa gara non saranno comminate sanzioni ma solo un richiamo forte e generale per quanto è accaduto sia in pista che nel forum per qualche intervento fuori dalle normale regole della comunità a cui si basa ROTW. Abbiamo esperienza di 2 campionati con Assetto Corsa e sappiamo che non e per niente facile a volte evitare contatti, specialmente con i limiti che AC presenta sia nella visualizzazione degli specchietti retrovisori e sia nei contatti tra le vetture, e proprio per questo l'attenzione da parte di tutti i piloti deve essere massima. Qui non si parla del T1 di Monza dove ci possono stare i contatti, ma di altri tipo il giro di lancio, rientri in pista alla garibaldina, comportamenti atti ad ostacolare l' avversario con cambi di traiettoria multipli.... Qui non si corre in questo modo, questo è il primo e ultimo comunicato della DG, chi non rispetta le normali regole e non sa stare in pista sarà sanzionato pesantemente e sarà allontanato dal campionato. Alcuni piloti sono stati decisamente fortunati dalla mancata esposizione del replay, ma gli stessi hanno un debito che pagheranno caro se si ripeteranno nel corso delle gare!
